Who we are
A community of Christian creatives, from musicians and filmmakers to poets, painters and designers, making work and making space for each other to grow. Faith and craft, held together.
See the workWhy we exist
It started with a handful of people in a room in Warri, trading half-finished songs and rough cuts.

The places that took the craft seriously didn’t know what to do with the faith.
The places that took the faith seriously didn’t take the craft seriously at all.
Everyone we knew was choosing between two rooms, and losing something in whichever one they picked.
So we stopped choosing,
and made a third room.
That’s all The Glow Tribe is: the room we couldn’t find.
Questions
Everything people actually ask
A community of Christian creatives, across every kind of creative art, making work and making space for each other to grow. We believe faith and craft belong in the same room, and we use the arts to put Godly culture into media, art and entertainment.
Creative work across the arts: music, film, poetry, painting, fine art, writing, design and more. We also host hangouts, our creative conclaves. Some of the work is on the projects page, and more is coming.
Our creative conclaves. They're relaxed gatherings where creatives refresh, have fun, collaborate and network, with no pressure to perform.
Anyone who makes things: musicians, filmmakers, poets, painters, fine artists, writers, photographers, designers, producers, and whatever else you create that we haven't named.
TGT is a Christian creative community and the faith runs through the work, but it is cross-denominational and creatives-first. If you make things and want to grow, you're welcome in the room.
No. The Glow Tribe is a creative community, not a church. We're here to help creatives grow in their craft and their faith, and we encourage everyone to stay rooted in a local church.
Start with No Bushels on 21 November, which is the easiest way into the room. Then join the newsletter and follow us on social to stay close to what's coming.
TGT is the community. No Bushels is our conference and accountability structure, built for the consistency and growth of the people in the community. The conference on 21 November is where it begins, and it's also where members can opt into the accountability side.
Yes. We're looking for people who want to fund projects, lend their craft or help spread the work. Use the partner button above and write to us.
Merch, The NoBushels App, a Christmas short film, and other developments. The newsletter is where you'll hear first.
Also
No Bushels is more than a conference. It's how The Glow Tribe keeps its people consistent: a structure where creatives commit to the work they said they'd make and grow by showing up for it. It begins in the room on 21 November, and that's where you join.
